  This place is my absolute fave and the instructors are a driving force! Positive, funny and fierce. The half cycle/barre class is the way to start, the first 10 min you are dying, an hour later you are adjusting your schedule to make the next class work. Hooked.

  Cannot say enough positive things about Black Sheep Studios! Owners Wendy and Devon make you feel right at home, and all the trainers are so knowledgable and friendly. The atmosphere of the studio space is great, and every class I've taken so far has been tough but fun. A definite gem on LBI and grateful that it's open year-round!
